Dialectical Behavior Therapy (D.B.T.)
DBT involves four modules of psychological and emotional function: Mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation. Traditionally, skill development in these four modules is approached in a systematic and gradual manner, and evidence shows that it is a strong modality for a variety of mental health disorders as well as helpful in everyday life.

Increase confidence and mental health through this unique experiential therapy program which allows patients to use expressive tools, activities, and other methods to reenact emotional situations finding healing, health, new strategies for success and more.
Six weekly 3 hour sessions offered each summer mid June through July for girls ages 12-17.
Grief
Loss comes in all forms. This program is open to adults who have experienced any type of loss whether it be the death of a family member, death of a pet, estrangement from a loved one, serious illness, situational loss, relationships breakup.
Signs of grieving: increased irritability, numbness, bitterness, detachment, preoccupation with loss, inability to show or experience joy.
This 6 week program focuses on processing, education, and support.
