Ashley De-Graft Turk
Associate Therapist - LCSW
Ashley is a culturally diverse graduate from The University of Denver’s Master of Social Work program, June of 2023. She has worked in various aspects of the mental health field for several years including; research, case management, domestic violence, mood disorders, trauma, grief, family system concerns, and life transitions.
In addition, Ashley is experienced in treating social anxiety, goal setting, time management, as well as family and interpersonal relationships. She is particularly fond of working with teenagers and young adults.
She helps individuals identify their own potential through personal growth and self-acceptance. While she pushes her clients she also encourages them to accomplish their goals and to succeed. She is an advocate for her clients and for who they want to become by utilizing Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Solution Focused therapy, and Internal Family System concepts.
When she is not loving on her husband and little girl, Ashley enjoys being out in nature, reading books, supporting her husband’s non-profit Ghana Relief program, journal writing, traveling, learning about and experiencing different cultures, and getting to know new people.
